Candour FSS has been created to combine the event expertise of Candour with the field marketing skills of Field Sales Solutions, set up by Carr and fellow FMCG directors Mike Cottman and Steve McQuillan in 2002.
Clients currently signed up to the Candour FSS offer include Costa Coffee and Transport for London. The two agencies will continue as separate entities but also offer the combined approach.
"It's a recognition that traditional field marketing and brand experiences are separate," Carr said.
"Candour FSS can offer clients two genuine skill sets, either experiential or field marketing."
