The one-day celebration, which promotes equality and diversity amongst the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community, is scheduled to take place on Saturday 4 September.
According to the brief the firm with the "most economically advantageous tender in terms of financial standing, price, effectiveness of proposed systems and working methods, empathy to the event ethos, experience and the arrangements for ensuring consistently high quality service delivery" will be awarded the contract.
Closing date for submissions is midday on Friday (22 January, 2010).
Tender evaluations are due to take place throughout February, with the contract being awarded at the end of the month.
