The event will celebrate Canada Goose's longstanding relationship with the film industry and aims to reclaim the use of outdoor spaces during the colder months. Taking place on the Fifth Floor Terrace of Harvey Nichols' flagship store in London, Canada Goose is putting on five film screenings and a special family-friendly event. The films will include classics such as The Jungle Book, Edward Scissorhands and The Big Lebowski, as well as more recent titles like Spectre.
The event kicks off on 31 October, with a Halloween-themed screening of Edward Scissorhands, and will run until 6 November. The family film, Despicable Me, will be shown on the last day in association with Polar Bears International, the charitable association dedicated to the worldwide conservation of the polar bear and its habitat.
To combat the chill of the great outdoors, guests will be given Canada Goose warm-up jackets and cashmere blankets and wireless headphones, with the Harvey Nichols café team serving Canadian-inspired cocktails and canapes. Each attendee will also be kitted out with a personal outdoor cinema-themed 'survival kit'.
Harvey Nichols is launching its 'Britalia' campaign in November, which aims to celebrate the best of Italian style, beauty, food, drink, culture and lifestyle.
