Rob Millar, previously sales manager at Great Northern Hotel, is joining the team as business development manager and will work closely with sales director, Darren Hart. He will be responsible for promoting the selection of events and packages available across Camm and Hooper, including its restaurant and events space, Tanner & Co.
Millar said: "I am thrilled to be joining Camm and Hooper. After a successful 2013, I’m looking forward to working with the highly experienced team to nurture and really drive the events side of the business."
Emma Hamilton has been appointed to push Tanner & Co’s versatile event space, Tanner Warehouse, located on Bermondsey Street which features a designated kitchen, open pass and private bar. Prior to Tanner & Co, Hamilton was events manager for London’s Century Members Club and Indigo at The O2.
In the run up to the launch of Camm and Hooper’s new project, Banking Hall, new event manager Lianne Garrett will take charge of the venue’s events team, having previously worked at luxury hotel The Grove.
The new events space will have the standing capacity for 800 people and is scheduled to open above Bank Underground station in April 2014.
