The two-day event incorporated The Great British Business Show for the first time this year and is among the UK’s largest business exhibitions. It offers advice and resources to anyone considering starting their own business.
The Prysm Group said The Business Startup part of the show attracted 18,000 visitors - a 19% increase on last year’s event.
More than 7,000 people attended the smaller Great British Business Show, which is aimed at leaders of small and medium sized businesses.
Prysm Group managing director Nick Moss said: "We’re all still buzzing here in the office and we can’t wait for May to come around when the show opens its doors again at Excel, where we’re expecting an even bigger exhibition and even more visitors."
More than 350 exhibitors were at the show, as well as talks from business personalities such as James Caan and workshops from companies including Google.
