The brand will unveil its Tank Beer activation within the Islington site on 2 November. It aims to bring Czech brewery experience to urban consumers through the installation of an airtight, temperature controlled tank.
Beers fans can pour the drink straight into their glasses from the contraption to taste what it would be like straight from the brewery. Budweiser Budvar claims the taste to be ‘amplified’, due to the freshness created by the airlock and its unpasteurised nature.
Simon George, UK Sales Director at Budweiser Budvar UK, said: "Scott [Collins] and the team at Meat Liquor are brilliant, progressive operators and this is our seventh partnership with them. We’re delighted that they have selected Budweiser Budvar again, this time with our Tankové Pivo, in such an exciting and dynamic site."
Earlier this year the brand hosted a nationwide sampling exercise, whereby it gave away 102 half pints across 102 pubs.
