The two-month promotion is taking place in 102 pubs throughout the country, including cities such as Edinburgh, London, Bath and Oxford.
The brand is giving away 102 free half-pint glasses of Budweiser Budvar Original to the first 102 people at each outlet.
The odd choice of figure has been chosen due to the brand’s heritage. The 700-year long tradition of brewing Budejovice beer juice means it takes 102 days to brew and condition the Budweiser Budvar – around seven times longer than most beers.
Tomorrow (13 August) will see the brand head to Royal Exchange, The Jeremy Bentham and Blue Anchor in London. The campaign will come to a close on 22 August.
More beer news: In July Budweiser hosted a rooftop event for the final of its 'King of BBQs' competition, which saw participants battle it out in a BBQ cook-off, meanwhile attendees enjoyed barbequed food, Budweiser beer and music.
