The activity, produced by Sketch Events, was held in London’s New Street Square and saw television presenter Rachel Riley place strawberries on top of a giant model brain.
The brain was made using 1,500 punnets of fresh British strawberries, raspberries and blueberries to promote the fact berries could help to improve memory and concentration.
The experiential followed recent research by the association, which looked the link between antioxidants in berries and increased concentration and memory.
