Edwards will also be using his expertise as founder of Activative and before that Xtreme Insight to provide a detailed look into the online and social media strategies that brands are likely to be using at the 2012 Games in London.
The session will also focus on what work has been done via these mediums at previous Olympics and major events.
Activative is renowned for prodiving trends and insights into brand activation tactics through all forms of future marketing ranging from events to social media.
This session will be one of many taking place at The Guide Live on 26 May at Proud2 in The O2. These include one on sustainability and a keynote from 02 sponsorship and events manager Nick Becker on the brand's event marketing strategy.
