Pham has held studio roles at agencies such as Saatchi and Saatchi and J. Walter Thompson (JWT), and has projected managed integrated campaigns for brands such as Sky and Diageo.
She will work alongside creative director Simon Moriarty, who joined the agency in January.
Together the pair will work on the development of new, more refined processes to improve workflow.
Pearce joins Brandfuel with a background in journalism and PR, and most recently worked as a broadcast journalist at an international news channel.
On the PR front, she has worked with primarily fashion brands, as well as designers Vivienne Westwood and Catherine Ferguson.
Alongside her role as office manager, Pearce will also be handling the agency’s PR and external communications.

Brandfuel acitvated Android's presence at the annual Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona earlier this year.
