Spaces available to hire at the famous food market include Market Hall, Three Crown Square, 1 Cathedral Street and Jubilee Place.
London venue website Hire Space has been selected as the exclusive marketing channel through which the spaces will be promoted.
A limited announcement to Hire Space users last week resulted in £25,000 worth of enquiries within two hours.
Keith Davis, managing director of Borough Market, said: "Borough Market has a long and rich history and we’re proud to be opening up our wonderful market space for events for the very first time.
"Whilst the heart of the business remains our bustling trading market, it’s exciting that we are now able to explore the full potential of the diverse market environment and allow even more people to experience this unique space."
Edward Poland, chief operating officer of Hire Space, added: "We’re delighted to have been chosen to partner Borough Market’s in opening up its spaces to London and the UK. It’s an extremely exciting time for one of the city’s most iconic locations and its potential as an events space is huge."
