The Botanical Beauty Series with Wardian London will see Bombay Sapphire's brand ambassador, Renaud de Bosredon, host five one-hour workshops, for 10 people each, within the Wardian case.
Attendees will learn about the 10 botanicals used in Bombay Sapphire gin, and will be invited to select their preferred botanicals within the case, which he will then use to create a bespoke cocktail for each individual.
Members of the public are also being invited to explore the botanical themed Design Cube, which is situated directly adjacent to the Wardian case.
Here, they will be able to sip on Bombay Sapphire cocktails inspired by the tea trade of the 1880s – a phenomenon that was fuelled by the invention of the Wardian case. The concoctions will highlight some of the botanicals currently stored within the life-sized replica of the case, including an Earl Grey gin and tonic concoction and The Botanical Beauty, which includes a rosemary and apple twist.
EcoWorld Ballymore has created the Wardian Case to celebrate the launch of its Wardian London development.
In August Bombay Sapphire teamed up with London's Sanderson hotel for a six-week experience, where the focus was on the regions in which its botanical ingredients are sourced from.
