"We have huge belief in the agency team and have now taken full ownership," said Nick Morgan, chief executive of Big Cat Group.
Morgan, who has more than 20 years' industry experience, will continue to lead the two agencies within the group - House of Experience and The Fair.
"I am looking to grow the group and to create a more seamless crossover between the two agencies. House has recently won three new accounts and is having the busiest year since the agency began," he explained.
The company has plans to replace former client services director Oliver Burgoyne, who departed House of Experience last week (24 February), and is credited with forming the agency's existing team.
"House has always worked as part of an integrated team alongside The Fair so we have plenty of resources within the group while we recruit for the role," said Morgan.
He added that additional employee growth is also on the cards. "We are coming up to our busiest time of the year and have numerous job vacancies advertised that we are actively recruiting for."
House of Experience has developed a reputation for its stunt-like activity, which includes a recent Blue Monday activation for toilet cleaning brand Bloo, and a 'Spiderman' stunt for client TransferWise in Paris last September.
