Benefit and Heat confirmed for NTAs 2015

A number of brands have revealed their plans for activations at this year's National Television Awards (NTAs), taking place at The O2 in London on 21 January.

It is the sixth year that the NTAs ceremony has taken place at the venue. The event was first broadcast live from the The O2 arena in 2010.

VIP guests to the NTAs will be able to take advantage of the venue’s Sky Backstage area where a star treatment experience will take place. They will get the chance to have makeovers from Benefit and a red carpet experience courtesy of Hello magazine.

Beamly, the NTAs new voting partner this year, will be hosting a 'star turn' camera on the carpet, which gives a 360-degree view of the celebrities walking the carpet. Heat magazine will also be streaming live from the carpet for the first time ever.

Other brand partners for the 2015 NTAs include ITV, Radio Times, The Sun, National Geographic Kids, Royal Mail and Magic FM.

At the 2014 NTAs, brand activations came from National Geographic Kids, which gave a number of young competition winners the chance to snap celebrities on the red carpet with cameras alongside professional photographer Richard Young.

VIP ticketholders also had the chance to use The O2’s Sky Backstage area, which featured a karaoke duet booth and makeover stations provided by a number of beauty brands.

The event is produced by Indigo Television.

Benefit created a pop-up pub in July 2014, dubbed the Gabbi's Head pub, for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.
