Stylist Live kicked off yesterday (13 October), and is running until 16 October at the Business Design Centre in Islington. Not On The High Street's stand, created by agency The Persuaders, is Scandinavian-inspired, as well as taking the form of a contemporary elf workshop. Christmas will come early to visitors, as they are able to wind up a special Santa 'in-tray' in which they can place their Christmas gift wishes, which is then delivered down to the 'workshop'.
The stand, made from deconstructed wooden trees that morph into the support beams and rafters, also features tiered display tables with the opportunity for visitors to touch and feel the products.
Hannah Webley-Smith, customer director at the retailer said: "We wanted to give customers the opportunity to get up-close and personal with products they they would normally only get to see on-line. The Persuaders are the perfect creative agency to bring this concept to life.’
Not On The High Street recruited Hannah Webley-Smith this summer from Benefit Cosmetics, and earlier this year, the online retailer staged an open door event which offered face-to-face retailing, workshops and demonstrations.
