The American-style school bus, which has been fully branded to promote Huggies’ Pull Ups product, has been designed to target both children and parents.
Potty training experts will be on hand to give advice on keeping kids dry, while children can play on-board in a mini-bathroom splash play area and a Disney-inspired bedroom. There will also be a photo area where parents can take away a memento of the experience.
The bus will complete its journey in Edinburgh on 14 September, after stopping at Wigan today (11 September) and Glasgow on 13 September.
Huggies products will also be able to take away, as well as stickers and reward charts. The activation forms part of a wider campaign that features digital, in-store media, TV, print and PR promotions.
Sarah Gamble, Huggies senior brand manager UK, said: "Our aim is to equip parents and retailers with as much information around our products as possible. That’s why we have invested in a dual-focused, experiential programme that not only engages and educates parents on how to tackle this stage in their child’s development, but also supports our retailers to drive sales in store."
