The exhibition organiser will be one of the first to host an event in the new £60m venue from 12 –15 April.
"The new Events Venue at Bluewater presents us a very exciting opportunity to meet new visitors from Kent and Essex who we know are not attending our existing Good Food Shows in any significant volume," said BBC Haymarket Exhibitions managing director Laura Biggs.
"Tens of thousands of people flock to Bluewater every day and the opportunity to pre promote the show to a captive audience is a very interesting, new and effective way to market," she added.
The show will follow on from the success of the summer and winter editions.
Once complete the Events Venue will be directly linked to Bluewater, making it the only one of its kind in the UK. It will span two floors and will comprise four main areas: a central plaza with restaurants and bars, two exhibition halls, and a VIP area overlooking both the plaza and hall two.
The venue has already secured a number of major events, including Clarion’s Spirit of Christmas gift show in November and a Dickensian-style Festive Food Fair in December.
