Banks Sadler appoints head of development

Banks Sadler has hired Ali Nazarboland as head of development, with a remit to manage a growing team of in-house developers.

Nazarboland has more than 17 years' experience within the software industry and a background spanning the manufacturing, academia, insurance, pharmaceutical, event management and software industries. He brings a broad range of knowledge from roles including a software developer, a lecturer, a technical lead and designer, and project manager.  

His remit is to manage a growing team of developers and testers required to deliver technology solutions for Banks Sadler’s clients, including Santander, Hyundai and Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe. A key part of his role will be to drive the development of event technologies and the proprietary Engage solution, as well as improvement on operational processes.

Banks Sadler opened an office in China in 2014.
