The Queen's private Scottish retreat has said it would consider hosting more live events such as music concerts.
Gary Marsden, visitor enterprise manager at Balmoral, said he would consider all proposals. The venue hosted its only open air concert in 2006 to mark the Queen's 80th birthday, which included a performance from Welsh opera star Katherine Jenkins.
"If someone came to us with a proposal, we would not throw it out," said Marsden.
