Taking place on 10 October, the event will see four teams representing bars in New York, Paris, Singapore and London compete in the '24 Hour Bar Build'. The groups will be tasked with developing a new cocktail bar concept.
The final entries will be inspired by one of four spirits: Patron Tequila, Grey Goose vodka, Bacardi rum and Bombay Sapphire Gin.
Teams will be able to take complete control of the bar concept across 24 hours. They will design the space, lead the physical build, invent a new cocktail list, and drive awareness on social media in the lead up to the event.
An expert panel of judges will award marks for each concept’s creative concept, quality of cocktail list and social media buzz. Consumers will get to vote for the winner with their feet, as each team will vie for the most bar sales on the night.
The winning team will be crowned The World’s Best.
LDR Creative is leading the PR of the event with support from Thrsxty for Patrón. Glock and Lab 5 will lead on design and production respectively.
