The cocktail crafting competition has been running for eight months, and will reach its culmination with Audemus Spirits' Pink Pepper Gin and Martin Millers going to head to head in the hope to become the Gin Off's champion.
Guests of the competition so far have been treated to creatively flavoured, visually impressive and technically innovative gin-based cocktails. Stand out recipes include Boodles' 'EU Fancy a curry' cocktail in the week of the Brexit vote, East End inspired Hayman's 'Old Tom's Jellied Eels' and a Cornish summer holiday ice-cream cocktail from Tarquins.
The final will see a bartender from the two remaning brands create a unique cocktail for the guests, who will then decide which cocktail was best by casting a vote at the end of the night.
The winner will be crowned Gin Off Champion 2016, and will be given a copper still trophy.
Tickets are £10 and include a cocktail from the each of the brand bartenders.
