Arc Stars, which consists of a core team of 15 and launches in July, will offer clients the opportunity to select their staff for experiential and retail events, as well as mystery shopping, auditing and field management.
Led by staff director Cathy Henderson, Arc Stars will develop its own client base, as well as provide for Arc London’s existing clients such as Mondelez, Givenchy and Tesco.
Arc Stars will be delivering 3,500 staffing days each month for Tesco’s in-store demonstration programme, as well as brand experiences and sampling for Bosch, Mondelez and News International.
Henderson explained that all clients will have access to its brand ‘personality-matching’ system, which allocates the right member of staff to each client, according to the client’s specifications.
She said: "In a connected age, where who is talking about your brand can be as important as what they are saying, selecting the right staff to represent you is more vital than ever."
