Morrisroe will head up Smart Live’s client relationships team with immediate effect. He will be responsible for expanding the agency’s client base, which currently comprises brands such as Legal and General, Pizza Express and Danone, and working with event organisers and stakeholders to produce live solutions.
He joins after 12 years with Concerto Live, where he worked his way up from account manager to become head of client services. The Concerto Group subsidiary recently announced that Max Fellows has taken the role left vacant by Morrisoe.
Phoebe Cherry, director of events at Smart Live, said: "We’re delighted Alex has chosen to join the team at this exciting time for Smart Live. Alex has a huge knowledge of the events industry, and his experience particularly in brand communications and international incentive events is going to be a great asset to us as we continue to expand."
