It will host nine ‘Society of Master Craftsmen’ evenings across the month, with the dinners taking place at different venues across the capital, including Dalys Wine Bar in Charing Cross, and Imperial Arms in Chelsea.
The brand said it prides itself on its rich history and craft brewing techniques, and as a result is partnering with other forgotten crafts for the series of events.
The evenings will showcase the skills of selected artisan craftsmen, alongside food paired with premium beer Affligem. A three-course meal will be served at each event, with beer pairings for each course.
Each restaurant has devised an exclusive menu that is based around the beer. Affligem will be used as an ingredient in the dish or as inspiration for flavours that compliment the beer.
According to the brand, people often consider the type of wine they drink with their food, but not necessarily the type of beer, "so these evenings are a way for guests to get a better idea of how beer can be paired with, and enhance, people’s food experience".
