London Library joins The Westminster Collection

The London Library has become the latest venue to join burgeoning marketing collective The Westminster Collection.

The St James’ Square-located building becomes the 48th member of the Collection and is also the world’s largest independent lending library having been built more than 170 years ago.

Past presidents and vice-presidents of the venue include Lord Tennyson, Rudyard Kipling and, currently, Sir Tom Stoppard.

The venue joins the collection as it opens its venue spaces for mid-week hire for the first time in its history.

"They bring to us further evidence of the richness and diversity of what Westminster, as London's leading business tourism destination, has to offer the prospective buyer," said Westminster Collection chief executive René Dee.
