Deadline for Top 20 Venues extended

If you think your event space has been one of the best in the last 12 months then you need to enter it into the industry's number one venue poll.

All you need to do in no more than 300 words is explain why your venue deserves to be in the Top 20 based on the following factors:

• Location (ease of access)
• Facilities (number of rooms, including the maximum capacity of the venue)
• Aesthetics
• Value
• Service
• Number of events held (from August 2011 to August 2012)
• Best event (in this period)
• Revenue generated (in this period)
• Number of awards/accolades won (in this period)
• Plans for the future

We’d also like a recent quote from a client suggesting why they think your venue is the best (this can be additional to the 300 word count).

Once all the entries have been collected, the names of the best 20 will be published.

Readers will then be able to vote for their favourites, dictating what order they come in and who takes the coveted number one slot.
