Wilkins, who was group director, previously worked at Venture Capital and Marks & Spencer where he played an integral part in improving the brands' perception, as well as working on their strategic alliances and joint ventures. His responsibilities as joint managing director will include business development and client services.
The position has been created to help the agency expand in 2012 and build on the contracts it has won with a number of FTSE 100 companies this year.
Wilkins explained: ‘We recognise that 2012 will be a tough year, clients are looking for further value for money and we as a business are working even closer with them to ensure our services and products are perfectly aligned making us the best possible partner we can be."
Mischendahl said: "James’ dedication to the Logistik Group over the past six years has seen the brand expand its services and increase our client base. This partnership will allow us to build on our success to date and continue to build a company which achieves genuine firsts and focuses heavily on our client service and value."
