The principality of Monaco will set up its Olympic house for the London 2012 Games at the iconic 18-22 Haymarket building.

The Monaco government has booked several floors of the listed building for Maison de Monaco, which will be the principality's base for the London Olympics.

it will be open from 29 July until 12 August from 10am until 7pm each day.

It will host an exhibition of the Prince of Monaco's private collection of Olympic torches – numbering around 15.

The Monaco Tourist Authority will provide two desks with hostesses offering information and brochures about Monaco and a big screen will also present Monaco as a destination for visitors.

The building was once the house of a leading British fashion brand, established in 1856.
