Sugar Quay Marquee enlisted double Michelin star chef Ron Clayton to provide canapés for its Thamesside soiree.
Pimms, champagne, wine and beer were served to guests who enjoyed the sunshine and riverside views opposite the HMS Belfast.
Steve Holland, who was previously operations manager for Heston Blumenthal, was also involved in the catering.
