Fashion Week shopping event returns to Somerset House

Vodafone London Fashion Weekend will transform Somerset House into an exclusive fashion experience, featuring designer catwalk shows, pop-up shops and educational panels.

The catwalk shows will take place within the official British Fashion Council Show Space. This season, there will be a new schedule of 'Designer Highlight' shows, featuring four British brands – Issa London, Alice by Temperley, Daks and Twenty8Twelve. Visitors will get the chance to virtually try on collections as soon as they are off the catwalk via a virtual fashion mirror, which captures body dimensions before superimposing chosen items of clothing on the image displayed.

This year, the Vodafone lounge will be bigger than ever, and housed in the Courtyard Catwalk Show Space. The lounge will host events including fashion panel discussions from the likes of Henry Holland, Elle magazine and Nick Ede. The lounge will provide the first ever screening space onsite - live streaming every show in the catwalk tent throughout the weekend.

The event will also see live DJ sets from Friendly Fires and VV Brown.
