Around a quarter of the castle was damaged in a suspected arson attack in June last year, putting some areas of the venue out of bounds.
The main function room and the four remaining bedrooms have now reopened and were used to host a wedding on Friday (10 February).
"The marquee is down and the Drawing Room is open and absolutely stunning. Our venue is now back – bigger, better and more luxurious than ever before," said managing director Chris Naylor.
The party, on 16 February, will feature solo artist Emeli Sandé, whose performance will come just days before she is presented with the coveted Critics’ Choice award at the Brit Awards.
"The restoration has given us a chance to improve existing facilities and improve both our wedding and conference offerings as well as offer a better experience for our hotel guests and local visitors," added Naylor.
