Events and training specialists, 360 Degree Vision spearheaded the transformation of the team responsible for staffing and running the new stadium, supporting their move from Brighton and Hove Albion’s old ground to the new 5 star Amex Stadium at Falmer, Brighton.

The Stadium Business Awards recognise leadership, innovation & achievement in the delivery, operation and management of sports facilities globally and the results will be announced at an awards ceremony in Turin on 15th May.

Says Rose Read, Head of Human Resources at American Express Community Stadium: "360 Degree Vision spearheaded our transformation to an international award nominated venue. Their tools and methods have been a pivotal ingredient in our success. A great partner."

360 Degree Vision™ provide a blend of creative event designers, brand consultants and training specialists and performers.  Explains MD, Nick Brice: "We help clients bring their brand values and strategy to life.  Using a unique formula of large and small workshops and events, including ‘Bite-Size Bootcamps™’ which focus on all aspects of the customer experience, our 360 Degree Vision Live team delivered the first ever team-building event at the Amex Stadium using every available space. These short and sharp interactive training modules were designed to stimulate debate, develop action plans and reinforce key messages in an engaging and entertaining way."

VerbatimPlayback™, 360 Degree Vision’s latest innovative training experience was also used by the new Amex Stadium to develop new insights into their customer base, and facilitate a culture change focused on improving customer experiences beyond expectation and win new business.  Their award winning theatre company, Bite-Size Plays™ also help reinforce important messages using short plays as the training vehicle.

360 DV clients include London Organising Committee of the London 2012 Games, Sky Arts, TMI-Glasgow Housing Association, a major retailer and Toyota USA; Lucent Technologies, Glastonbury Festival Art Café, Edinburgh, Adelaide, and Brighton Festivals, Dulwich Picture Gallery, DeVere Hotels and Shirlaws.

"We are very excited that the American Express Community Stadium has already been described as "excellent" in so many aspects of the customer experience by the Football League". Being nominated in the categories of Best New Venue, Best Customer Experience and Venue of the Year has been a watershed moment for the club, who spent 12 years without a home after leaving the Goldstone Ground in 1997. "The new stadium and it’s staff are proud to be recognised for the customer experience they deliver as a football and sports hospitality venue," says Brice.

In addition to the match days, the staff at the new 22,500 seat stadium can cater for a wide range of events including conferences, family days, exhibitions, weddings, and a sell-out concert by Fat Boy Slim in June 2011. Nine months since it opened, the centre is already one of the premier venues for events in the South East.
